What we do
Tractors, rotavators, seed drills and sprayers pooled at village level and rented at cost to member farmers.
Hands-on Telugu-language training on safe operation, calibration and everyday maintenance of machinery.
Doorstep help with Rythu Bharosa, PM-KISAN and state farm-mechanisation subsidy paperwork.
Self-help groups own and operate machinery, turning custom hiring into a village-run livelihood.

Equipment bank model
A single rotavator costs more than a marginal farmer earns in two seasons. Our custom hiring centres let a village committee own the machine together and hire it out at rates fixed by the farmers themselves — with maintenance, diesel and operator wages built in transparently.

"Earlier I waited ten days for a tractor and paid whatever was asked. Now the machine comes from our own sangham, and I sow on the day the rain says so."
